Discord Community Privacy

1. Scope

This policy explains what the Authorythm Discord application ("the App") and the Authorythm team process when you participate in the Authorythm Founding Author community on Discord ("the Community"). It supplements the main Authorythm Privacy Policy, which covers the Authorythm platform itself. Discord's own Privacy Policy governs what Discord collects as the platform operator.

2. What We Process

Within the Community server only, the App can process:

• Your Discord profile basics: user ID, username, display name, avatar, and the roles you hold in the Community.
• Messages and reactions you post in Community channels the App is present in — used to operate the Community (announcements, support conversations, moderation).
• The link between your Discord account and your Authorythm account, where you have connected them or told us who you are — used to verify Founding Author membership.

The App does not read your direct messages with other users and has no access to servers other than the Community.

3. How We Use It

• Running the Community: onboarding, roles, announcements.
• Support: when you report a problem in the Community, the conversation may be relayed to our support tooling and linked to your support history so we can help you.
• Improving Authorythm: feedback and bug reports inform product decisions.
• Moderation and keeping the Community safe.

We do not sell your data, use Community messages to train AI models, or use them for advertising.

4. Sharing

Community data is visible to the Authorythm team and, where a conversation is relayed into our support tooling, to the service providers that host that tooling (the same providers described in the main Privacy Policy). We do not share Community data with anyone else unless the law requires it.

5. Retention

Messages live in Discord under Discord's retention rules. Copies relayed into our support tooling are kept as long as your support history — so past context stays available to help you — and are deleted when your Authorythm account data is deleted.

6. Your Choices

• You can leave the Community at any time; the App stops processing your new activity the moment you do.
• You can ask us to delete the Community data we hold about you by emailing the address below. Deleting your Authorythm account triggers the same cleanup.
• Rights in the main Privacy Policy (access, correction, deletion) apply to Community data we hold.
